Up and Running – EFL 2009

Apr04
2009
Written by crackers

After some hard, hot summer months the EFL kicked off today for the clubs in 3rd and 4th Divisions.

In 3rd Division, Mooroolbark and Upper Ferntree Gully got off to a flyer with some strong wins and in 4th Division, Chirnside Park and Kilsyth would be very happy with their results.  It was ‘different’ to see 3 clubs have a bye in the first round of 4th Division.

With Easter next weekend, we have to wait another 2 weeks for Divisions 1 and 2 to kick off their campaigns. For the passionate footy heads that love their local clubs, 2 weeks will feel like an iternity.

Drop us a line and give us your early predictions on who you think are the team to beat in each division!
