Building a pathway and synergies between junior & senior clubs

21 Sep Building a pathway and synergies between junior & senior clubs

Brendan Mason is the Director of “Same Page Cultures” and has an extensive back ground in Organisational Development at both a Corporate and Sporting level along with a comprehensive coaching background. Brendan has coached Box Hill Football Club the year before it became the Box Hill Hawks, AFL (Richmond Under 19’s) Eastern Ranges (Head Coach) and extensively throughout both Victorian Country Football Leagues (Ballarat, Bendigo and Warrnambool) and the Metro Football Leagues (Eastern Football League first division, VAFA,  A Grade level).

Brendan has written two great articles  based on his own experiences; having coached and held various positions at both junior and senior clubs.  The articles have a strong focus at the Junior Club Level and also how the pathway infrastructure gets built between junior and senior clubs to ensure that when players leave the Junior Club they have a clear pathway to the U19’s of the Senior Club.

Brendan’s articles are a good fit with The Modern Game’s vision and business focus regarding football content with junior clubs and establishing pathways to senior clubs.
