14 Oct TMG Coaching Folders

The Modern Game has developed an age group specific coaching folder that includes resources and reference material to support both new and experienced coaches.  Separated into 5 sections, the folder contains descriptive information on the role of a junior coach, resources for training sessions and game day,  basic information on nutrition/fitness and most importantly, an age specific curriculum which provides a great reference to ensure the teaching and learning remains relevant.

19 May UFTG – Terry Hopkins Junior Development Foundation

On Saturday 19th May, The Moden Game were very priveledged to be invited and asked to speak at the UFTG Terry Hopkins Foundation annual luncheon. The THF has set up some fantastic initiatives for the development of junior footballers at Upper Ferntree Gully Football Club and The Modern Game partnership is strongly supported  by the THF and goes 'hand in glove' with what we are both trying to achieve.
